This is my first submission taken with my new camera. Well, I wasn't exactly planning to take photos today, but I'm very stressed because of my exams (the first one is in two days ) and I needed to walk, to move. I've spend this week sitting at my desk, stressing, doing maths and drinking coffee. So I went on a hill covered by a forest (the Montchaibeux) and took a few photos while walking. I found that little plant growing on a dead tree amusing, for it is a bit like the story of the hill. About two thousands years ago, there was a Roman fort on the top of the hill (which is rather flat). Now, the fort is gone, but children build huts up there, that's a bit like the little plant growing on the dead tree I only resized the photo and added a border. I did not crop, I did not change the contrast or things like that. Manual focus is funny

Yeah the manual focus... think the sharper bits should be sharper. I don't know if it's because its Friday morning and I haven't had any coffee yet but my eyes go weird looking at it.
Love the colours though; glad you're having fun with your new camera.
